WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump’s major envoy to Ukraine, William Taylor, uncovered new aspects Wednesday about a mobile phone connect with that happened a working day immediately after the president spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, which led to House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry.
